Transform business to become agile and adaptable to the continuous change in the marketplace and competitive landscape - Build new digital capabilities and harness the tools that can enable a better customer experience and improve operations - Shift marketing activities to become digitally driven and aiming at personalized engagement with buyers.
Session2 - From 10:40 to 11:10 am CET : The digital tools that drive a positive Customer Experience The expectations of today’s customers are constantly changing—the modern customer experience needs to go above and beyond traditional customer service methods. It must integrate customer preferences as well as their expectations into each consumer-brand touchpoint.
Session 3: From 11:20 am to 11:50 CET : How could block chain improve traceability and transparency for customer? Taking a journey towards implementing responsible blockchain networks now seems highly relevant. Blockchain technology operates according to three guiding principles: Accessible database that does not use intermediaries, which allows processing companies to access key data elements (KDE) - Guarantee of transparency, allowing access to each transaction and its respective value - Guarantees the irreversibility of the records.
